Ginny Mulligan has resided in SW Florida for over 20 years owning property on Marco Island and now in Naples. Ginny hails from the state of Massachusetts as a Bostonian and was a Teacher in Marshfield Mass for several years. She is a widower from the love of her life Jay and has 2 adult children. Ginny started a career in Banking when she moved to Florida and became Manager and Vice President of AM South Bank which transitioned to Regents Bank. She made another career change and became a Realtor and a Mortgage Broker. After her husband Jay passed she decided to close the mortgage office continuing her Real Estate career and devote time to her children and grandchildren.

Ginny loves people and enjoys helping her Customer’s in making their dreams come true! She may refer to you as “LOVEE” just expressing her desire to make you happy and do what is best for you.
